Yes, par - boiled and oiled while hot.  :)

I've never had a problem with it discoloring this way...?

Visitors for Dinner tonight,  Pork neck marinaded in Clay Pot Chicken sauce. Stir fried veggies, rice, wild rice and Quinoa, (cooked in basket). Spring rolls, and shrimp crackers.  Isi's wonderful Light Coffee Cream with Berry sauce.

I have made some more Vegie stock and fiddled around with farfallina's Olive and Thyme bread to make a sweet version.
It looks lovely but I haven't cut it yet.

I filled it with fruit mince as I have some leftover from Christmas.

Lovely cookie. Have you cut it yet?

Had 5 hours without the little people today (pause for happy dance)........cooked jamberie's pizza sauce, tomato pasta sauce, English muffins and tuna slice. Also cleaned, washed, had a coffee and went to toilet by myself and without any interruptions ;D

Love it chookie 8) Such important issues. Those are the rules of my kitchen although to date they have only been in my head. Going to print this out and stick it on the fridge. Currently trying to educate DH about eggs, what to buy and what to definitely not buy.
