Here is the photo of the cut bread. I put fruit mince in but I think it was a bit too moist. Next time I will just put dried fruit over it.
The taste is lovely. Even my DH who isn't a dried fruit fan remarked that it was good. I will put up the changes I did to farfallina's recipe.

Today I've made Chookie's Lemon Chicken, busterman's C4 biscuits, converted a peanut biscuit recipe from WW and currently have a batch of chicken & vegie soup in the TMX.

Today I made peppermint icecream, chookies hot cross buns, teninas salted caramel icecream torte, Hallys zucchini pizza scrolls and kezzas rich glazed meatloaf.

Wow, some busy bees in the kitchen today ;D

I only made crio bru concentrate, and it didn't make anywhere near as much as I'd hoped (and thought) :-\
Off to cook dinner as soon as the carpenter leaves! :-))
