Lovely bread Chookie.

Kimmy you are a brave gal.

I have Tenina's Chocolate and Pistachio cake in the oven. I am taking it to CP's tomorrow night. I hope it works out. I loved the raw mixture so I can always bring it home and eat it. It is ever so quick to make. Less than 30 minutes and I had it in the oven. Tenina suggested I make it the day before so I have.

This morning I have done some bread, raspberry cordial and an interesting slice. It is no added sugar, no fat, no dairy,no eggs.
If it tastes nice I'll post the recipe as it is very easy to make.

Here is Tenina's Chocolate ans Pistachio cake that is going to Cp's tonight. I do hope it is ok. Bit scary taking it where all these thermo addicts are.

Cookie that cake looks scrumptious. Have a lovely evening.

Made satay sauce for kebabs, red wine vinegar marinade for beef, potato salad, brown rice salad and finished last layer of vanilla thriller (photos tomorrow after I cover up oops spots with berries ;))

Cookie, I'm sure that everyone will love your cake.
I had to go to Gaganis Bros warehouse today to get some more vanilla paste( and a few other things besides :o) so that I could make some more of Tenina's Granuesli. I also baked my choc orange biscuits from the dough I made up last week.  We ate a little late tonight as the BBQ went out whilst I was cooking the roast pork. Luckily, the cracking had already crackled and we all enjoyed it
