I put a lamb shank casserole in the oven and after 2 hours thought I had better check it. The @#$&* oven had gone out and the shanks were still raw. Not sure why but I wasn;t impressed.
I love endamame beans, m sue they would be great in a dip.I've had a big day cooking today. Egg and bacon muffins, coffee syrup, bacon and cheese rolls, fudge wudgy cookies, naan, butter chicken, chicken tikka and finally chickpea and pumpkin soup.
