I actually managed some cooking today. I made chick pea and curry Vegie scrolls, sourdough bread and we had pizzas for dinner.
The sourdough was very slow to rise so I have put it in its tin and popped it in the fridge over night.

Just finished off dulce de leche ice cream and made guacamole and a salsa. Was going to make soup to take to work but ran out of steam after guests had gone home

It made 48 Uni. DH has just eaten a dozen but there will still be plenty for mum's birthday. This celebration is just for her friends at the retirement units. We will have another celebration with family.

Michele,  how small is mini for the Sausage rolls?
CP,  the Granola I gave to Ty is similar to Tenina's.  she uses Maple Syrup where I used honey, Golden Syrup and Brown Sug.  I think the Maple syrup is nicer,  so this is what I used in Ty's.  my recipe was posted first.!!!!  Mine is cooked at 150 o C.  But you have to watch and stir.  I used Judy's tip and when the coconut was browning,  removed from oven. It firms up as it. Cools.
I am cooking SD loaf.  The power went off this morning,  so thought I might have to bake it in the BBQ.  Fortunately it came back on.

They are very small Chookie   -  4.5cm x 2.5cm. They will look dainty on the plate.  :D

I completed my sourdough loaf today. It took nearly 2 days to do 2 rises. I might only do one during winter months.

Today/tonight I made a batch of choc cupcakes and iced them with ganache, a chicken curry in the SC and a tuna lasagne.
