Made a chicken and leek pie last night. Had t improvise a lot and used a wine bottle as a rolling pin, then had to drink half the rolling pin. LOL
Feel free to bring your rolling pin to my house anytime ;) ;D

Cooked chookies no fuss bread in flat hamburger rolls.. 2 lots.. So made 12 rolls



Cooked gerts thai fish cakes which we had with brown rice, salad and homemade mayo (french thx recipe)



And kimmys carrot and walnut cake which had a little accident but still edible..



And choc custard made with lindt 70 % dark chocolate



Oh and forgot I made the red curry paste from edc

Nice to see you posting some food pics Kim and I loved the look of your rolls too.  Bread or rolls make my mouth water for some reason.

Its thanks to doing a menu plan jd as a result of thebudget thread which I need to post in as well... Got me motivated to cook more rather than the bare minimum.. You know why... Next step back into recipe conversion and posting new recipes .. Finally!

It was just the edc custard but replaced the lemon with 50 or so grams of lindt dark choc whizzing the sugar and choc together in beginning then following the recipe.. Ds loves custard :)
