Oh wow great coking everyone! Lots of people are being creative lately!

I love my new kitchen and I love having an oven! This morning I whipped up macadamia apple &  coconut cookies from the baby & toddler book BEFORE breakfast :)

That Aioli sounds great Den.

Cookie, does the flavour intensify with the long proofing time?

Judy, your meals sound good, are you stocking your freezer?

Yes Wonder, stocking an already overflowing freezer  :-))  It just won't go down, I've eaten all the precooked meals but there's still not much room.  I want some quick meals for when CC is here  ;)

Made a chicken and leek pie last night. Had t improvise a lot and used a wine bottle as a rolling pin, then had to drink half the rolling pin. LOL

The flavour did intensify a little Wonder. Not a heck of a lot though. I may stick to just the one rising in the winter months.

The aioli sounds lovely, I'll have to give that a go.
LOVE the rolling pin! 😉

I made a Vienna loaf with sesame, chia and sunflower seeds. Had it tonight with a dippy egg. Love simple meals like that.
Now the boys are in bed I'm going to try and make a beetroot brownie. I have beetroot in the cupboard and have no idea what I want to do with it. I'm kind of bored of roast beetroot ATM!  It's a conversion of another recipe.  I'm sure if I looked somebody has already done some but I'm going to try and convert my own!  If its a success I'll post the recipe (hopefully it's a new one but I'll make sure).
