no, no greasing required, just froze them in the trays and then popped them out when frozen.  They are back in the freezer now but I know they are yummy when thawed!!  :-[  ;)

Got my mojo ba k :) took just under 2 weeks,

Have rice pudding on the go.

I had a friend visit for lunch today, I made a green mango salad with prawns, my friend and I both thought  it was delicious.  Nothing like trying out a new recipe on your friends.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I made alyce's baked donuts and chocolate glaze the kids enjoyed them but they don't look like the book::)

Lovely photos, I nearly licked the iPad screen.

I made some of Tenina's ebook Crunchy Grain Free Graneusli. It is so moreish. dH and I have eaten at least half of it.
