no, no greasing required, just froze them in the trays and then popped them out when frozen. They are back in the freezer now but I know they are yummy when thawed!!

I had a friend visit for lunch today, I made a green mango salad with prawns, my friend and I both thought it was delicious. Nothing like trying out a new recipe on your friends.

Lovely photos, I nearly licked the iPad screen.
I made some of Tenina's ebook Crunchy Grain Free Graneusli. It is so moreish. dH and I have eaten at least half of it.
