Funny how different every one is. We love gnocchi but never purchase it at a restaurant unless we know it has been made on the premises and have had some dodgy home made ones. I've never tried the ricotta ones, might have to give them a go.

:D :D :D I bet you had a good laugh at that yourself CC, it was obviously a texture thing with DH as well.  I've had it in a top class restaurant near Jo's and that didn't even do it for me.  I can eat it but I don't enjoy it so there's no point eating it.  I still have a little bag of it in my freezer, keep putting it off whilst there are more tempting dishes in there.

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

My DH would like meat (preferably beef steak) and potatoes and carrot and broccoli every day of the week.
I've made a potato gnocchi a couple of times, but found it quite time consuming and not that well received...I wonder if the ricotta one would be more popular.

Just made a batch of vege stock concentrate, now going to make some tortilla dough and then get onto a batch of yoghurt.

Uni I have given your gnocchi a post of their own. I am being selfish as I know I want to make it and that will save me looking for it. ;) ;)

Spoiled doggy!

I've just made 2 double batches of bikkies, a sort of 10x batch of lemon curd (and it all just fitted in the TM!) Marinated some chicken for tea tomorrow night and have pulled a curry out of the freezer for tea tonight as I've had enough cooking!

Time for a cuppa I think  ;D

Will eat anything that looks like icecream Cookie, will beg for it but some of the flavours don't agree with her.  I am fairly heavy handed with the rum so thought I had better not give her that otherwise things could get interesting  ;) :D

Maddy you have something for every single thing you do - love the cone holder.  I don't need one but for anyone with kids at home, it's great.

I really want to go to Maddy's for arvo tea  :-))

I made a caramel slice after looking on here and not finding a recipe. I was in such a hurry that I didn't google further until I'd converted and sat down to wait for it to set in the fridge. Found the same recipe on RC and lots of healthier versions elsewhere. Maybe I'll try a healthier version next time  ;D

Have cookie's Quinoa & Vegetable bake in the oven ATM. It makes a lot so have split it so I can give some to the neighbors tomorrow.
