Not hard to get mojo back when you look at the delicious food posted.  Thanks everyone for sharing the photos.   Astarra,  how on earth do you find the time with all those littlies.   ES,  so glad you are cooking after your really bad day. Uni,  you are at it again with putting several ideas together to produce a new interesting bread that we will all want to try.

Lovely delicious looking stuff everyone....
Just put a pre prepared chicken and veg in oven today.
Unpacked electric ovens and integral dishwasher then hit a major snag.... Oh to have a kitchen....
One day..... Soon I hope

CP homemade gnocchi is fantastic you are really missing out.

You must find time to make it CP. you can have so many different sauces with it. I make a big batch and freeze them on a tray and then package it. That way they don't stick together in the freezer.

CP,  neither have I.  Keep saying I will make it.  Maybe I am just waiting for Uni and Frank to come here and show me how

I made potato gnocchi, but the family didn't really like it. It seemed to be a lot of work for something that just tasted like potato. I've still got half of it in the freezer. Maybe I should try a different recipe.

They all taste pretty tasteless to me but the sauce can make all the difference.   I'm not keen on the texture of gnocchi for some reason - not my favourite Italian food.

My DH did not like gnocchi either and have never bothered to make it again but will try Uni's recipe.  Thanks Uni :)
