Fantastic bread and never knew you could make it in the slow cooker, I wouldn't have thought it would get hot enough.
DD is in Camobodia, after going on a challenge trip there last year she couldn't wait to get back. She organised the entire trip including budget with no help from us - sometimes I wish she wasn't quite so self sufficient!!
Hally, I use this recipe for the tabbouleh but tend to use coriander instead of mint and cut down on the olives because I'm not a big olive fan. I also subsititute quoinoa because we have a family member that can't have wheat.

And for the lamb use this recipe. I don't eat any type of fish but find the anchovies in the marinade give a different flavour and not at all fishy.

for the 7 spice mix I just find a recipe on the internet and made up a quantity. I whizz all the marinade ingredient in the TMX but hadn cut the htabbalouh ingredients although I'm sure you could also do them in the TMX. I've also made teh nomad yoghurt and it was lovely but a bit expensive to make and the indgredients weren't available close to home

Lovely bread Uni. I love the no fuss recipe and make it about 3 times a week. I add all sorts of things to it.

Experimented making pizzas in the Philips Airfryer today. Used EDC dough.
Par baking at 180C worked well.
Then 200C 5 mins
Glad I didn't switch on the oven. Too hot!
