Welcome Bianca, there are lots of recipes on the forum for you to try and here is a great place to start.  CP's list is wonderful and I often refer to it.  I am sure it won't be long before you will be cooking up a storm with your new machine.  Have fun.

Maddy what delicious looking cakes.

Bianca, welcome to the forum. You will find it very helpful. Please feel free to ask anything you are unsure of.
The best way to become familiar with the forum is to just look through it and read. Make sure you try and use the thermomix as much as possible so that you become used to using it.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Made these for pancake day. ;D
http://revolutionfromhome.com/2013/02/bestie-banana-pancakes/
Half quantity.
Used 1tsp coconut sugar, but it didn't need any sugar IMO.
Only used 1 T coconut oil.
Very yummy.
Will make again  ;D

DH and I are going away for 4 weeks next Monday, so today I have made Date/Walnut & Choc Balls,  Fruity Oat cookies and Muffins for my 2 little GC. My daughter doesn't bake!  I also made Chocolate Yogo for GS who is coming for the day tomorrow. :)
