Thanks JulieO.

I hope they get well soon Hally. Chicken soup is said to be good for illness.

Just catching up.  Great cooking ladies.  Cookie do like the look of that bread.  Will try.  ES you always amaze me with the amount of cooking you do. Always looks yummy too.  Judy,  nice to be able to cook when you feel like it.
This afternoon, 2 lots of bread,  both in SC ers.  2 quiches, 1 plum and rhubarb crumble, yoghurt and stewed plums.  Still need to bake a sticky date pud and some biscuits.  Probably some ice cream.

after visiting our kids for the weekend and flying in from Sydney at 3am this morning I made the home made ravioli from FSA. I made the pasta component in the TM, and rolled it in the KA (such a cinch). The filling was done in the TM, and the sauce was done in the PC cos I wanted the meat to be a little more tender and broken down than the TM result (which is still quite good, but a PC does it better). I made minestrone soup as a starter and served this for main meal. Had no energy for dessert and don't think future SIL and his dad and DH could have fitted it in anyway. I probably should see if there is a review of this recipe cos its brilliant and its simply delicious. No time for a photo.

A bit of a whirlwind before work this morning and made apricot jam and a vienna loaf. The bread is cooking now and I'm looking forward to morning tea of fresh bread and jam - the perks of working from home.

Not cooking anything today :D

Yesterday I made a small loaf in the SC using half quantity of the Vienna Loaf.  Just wondering if the small SC would take a full amount of dough.  What does everyone else use.?
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

As always they look amazing Maddy. You haven't been cooking (or at least posting) many cakes recently.
