Lovely cooking everyone.

Made date scones for morning tea this morning and yesterday it was a tea cake.  The builder is very impressed with the tmx.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Suzanne, thats pretty good going for a ccb day.
I made a batch of honey joys in silicon cupcake moulds today as the ones I made last week were really toffee like and hard to get out of the cupcake papers. I also made some muesli- one half with dried apricots, and the other with freeze dried raspberries. I've also got a two batches  of Icecream custard in the fridge to churn later - one as honey nougat and the other as strawberry.
No sure what I'll do for dinner tonight - I discovered that I didn't fully close the door on the freezer last night snd the drawers have all frozen shut. It's not long since I defrosted it but it looks like I'll have to do it again😒

ES how annoying.
AS Hally said it is a bit warm here today BUT tomorrow is forecast to be less than 30, we won't know ourselves. Suzanne the pool water will probably still be warm so you can go for a swim. :D
I am going to make some macadamia anzacs and Tenina's Strawberry Meringue whatever for visitors on Sunday.

Feel flattered Astarra.
I made Tenina's Strawberry Meringue  dessert and I started out to make some Macadamia Anzac biscuits but I'm not sure what I did as it was too soft for biscuits so I turned it into a slice.  :-\
