I am feeling rather proud of myself. I managed to make the Sunflower bread from Journal of a French Foodie.

Here is Nico's quiche. Pumpkin, zucchini and feta.

I'll take a photo of the egg and bacon pie when I cut it. Also the dessert.

Love the pattern on the pastries BZB.
Well done cookie. I've looked at that recipe but it scared me away. Yours looks great.

Kimmy it is easy. Simply follow the steps slowly and carefully. We were all very impressed with the taste. It is really lovely. The 30g of butter really lifts the taste.

Thank you, Judy, CC, INAID, Cookie, Emme, Kimmy and Katie :)

It was a labour of love. But well worth it :D

Cookie, I can't view your pics due to tapatalk issues on my phone and iPad. But I'm sure they were yummy, judging from the comments 😝

The sunflower bread is a triumph, a real challenge.

Bee love your spiral puffs, they look like you really took care to form them nicely.  Will look at the recipe now.  ;D

Cookie, gorgeous food, all of it, going to look at those recipes too  :P  :D

I had a cooking free day yesterday and I enjoyed the break.  Everyone did their own thing and I didn't feel like eating, so just had plenty of water all day.  Feel great this morning after my walk, and will be back to cooking today.  :)

Since getting my dehydrator early in the week I've been madly dehydrating lots of fruit. I've made a heap of fruit leathers but they get eaten as soon as they are dried so this is a photo of a combination of dried bananas, apple, orange without peel and lemons and oranges with peel. I also did a big bag of Helene's kale chips but still undecided if I would bother with them again.

Fabulous bread Cookie.  BZB, your puffs look amazing.  Wonder, those fruit leathers must be good if they keep getting eaten so quickly ;D
