I can't seem to view ES' pics on Tapatalk since yesterday :(  Tried on iPad's Safari. No luck either.

Anybody else has the same problem? Can anyone post pics on tapatalk?

Vindaloo.  Today I'm cooking vindaloo from the Indian cook book.  I've cooked it before and its quite a hit, although i wouldn't dream of tasting it myself ...

I've also made almond milk and cashew nut butter.  A friend is having crohns flare up so I've made some almond milk for her.  Don't quite no what else to  do to help :(

Just catching up.  Beautiful cooking everyone.
Yesterday made soup from Land Cress that I found in garden.  Today going to make lasagne from home made pasta and  left over Bol sauce and silver beet also from garden.
Mab,  I think 1/2  amount of most bread recipes is enough for mini SC.  That is 1. 1/2 capacity.

Thanks for that chookie.

I'm making the no fuss rolls at the moment and will make it into a loaf rather than rolls.  I'm not using the SC for this.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Sooo thrilled. I had always wanted to make spiral curry puffs (a very popular snack in Malaysia) but the deep frying bit was a show stopper. Now that I have an airfryer...woohooooo.......!

Dough from A Taste of Asia. Filling cooked in the wok.
