Wonderful cooking Astarra.
Today I made this recipe from Recipe Community for Lemon Drizzle Cake. So easy and it has the perfect balance of tart and sweet. I did cut the sugar in the cake to 150g and it was perfect. Served with a dollop of unsweetened cream, really lovely.

Wonderful cooking Astarra
JulieO your Lemon Drizzle Cake looks delicious.
Today I made
Hally's Ham & Cheese Zucchini Rolls
A loaf of No Fuss Bread
4 Blackberry Pies
2 Apple Turnovers
Honey Roasted Pumpkin ready for making the risotto.
I was going make a cake for GS lunch box but the spirit was willing and the body was weak so that can wait until tomorrow.

Chookie, bread was fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and cookie for my starter. I made a large loaf which I thought might last for a couple of days but everyone loved it toasted so all gone. Another tomorrow.

Lovely looking cake Julie.
INAID - I use my mum's bread recipe - have no idea where she got it from but it uses 790gm flour, so makes a fair amount of dough!!
