Wonderful cooking Astarra.  :o

Today I made this recipe from Recipe Community for Lemon Drizzle Cake.  So easy and it has the perfect balance of tart and sweet.  I did cut the sugar in the cake to 150g and it was perfect.  Served with a dollop of unsweetened cream, really lovely.

Wonderful cooking Astarra :)

JulieO your Lemon Drizzle Cake looks delicious. :)

Today I made

Hally's Ham & Cheese Zucchini Rolls

A loaf of No Fuss Bread

4 Blackberry Pies

2 Apple Turnovers

Honey Roasted Pumpkin ready for making the risotto.

I was going make a cake for GS lunch box but the spirit was willing and the body was weak so that can wait until tomorrow. :)

Chookie, bread was fantastic. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and cookie for my starter. I made a large loaf which I thought might last for a couple of days but everyone loved it toasted so all gone. Another tomorrow.

Lovely looking cake Julie.

INAID - I use my mum's bread recipe - have no idea where she got it from but it uses 790gm flour, so makes a fair amount of dough!!  :)
