Mab, your cake looks fabulous!! You've probably done enough cooking to last you for a month of Sundays...have a good rest-well deserved!

You need an oven at work Robyn  ;D

I've made fried rice w/prawns for lunch, have TMX cooking 1 kg garlic cloves on their way to being confit of garlic and have the slow cooker making liquid chicken stock with chicken carcasses.

Made pumpkin soup and a whole orange cake,  amazing taste and texture,  so quick and easy to make,  delicious.  Got to make bread rolls,  the soup and rolls are for a friend who is moving tomorrow

Robyn, you need to come work where I do....I have a choice (normally....if they haven't sold them on me) of two different commercial combi ovens to cook in.  Unfortunately I don't have much time when I'm at work to play :( although I'm about to start making more time for it again....

Speaking of work....I'm being given a demo hotmix gastro over the weekend to test drive so I can possibly show our staff how to demo them to customers (we are considering carrying them)...any suggestions Robyn on recipes to try putting it through its paces?

To keep on topic, I made a Buttermilk Berry slice to bring to work this morning and I'm heading home to a piece of pork that I sous vide which will be with mashed potato and varoma steamed vegetables.  I then have to surf the forum to find something to bring to work tomorrow...we are down a couple of staff members so comfort food is definately required.

I'll be interested to hear how the HMP goes Stacelee.
