Cookie,  I agree with you.  Cooking is the best therapy.  Just don't over do it.
Ral would think the coffee,  I would prefer the Spud shed. Perhaps both?
CC,  your cake is beautiful.  Absolute perfection.

They look rather good Chookie. I am sure any GF person would love them.

Yes, we got quite a haul Troupie. Lots of mangoes, cherries for cherry fruit mince, strawberries for jam, plums for jam and of course heaps of other stuff.
I will even go back next week. We used to go to the one at Jandakot airport, but today we went to the new one at Kelmscott.

I made a loaf of Chookies no fuss bread this morning and then a batch of rock cakes from the EDC book.

The bread was the nicest tasting bread I have ever made and DH loves the rock cakes.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Rhubarb and apple crumble. This was one of the breakfasts on the study, sugar and fat free - it tastes wonderful.

The Gluten freeChoc Chip Cookies are very chocolaty and not too sweet.  I am going to change the making process and will then post.
Made ham and veggie soup and finished cooking the Xmas Puds, made 4 large and 2 small.
Thought I should post photo of the dish I put on top of TMX when steaming Puds.  The cup sticks up and too much steam is lost.

We don't have Christmas Pudding but I may have to try one cooking it like this.
Yesterday I made Strawberry Jam.
