I can imagine how lovely the flavour must have been.

Yummo, DD
Troupie and Cookie,  I would love to cook for you.  Bring all your family and friends  ;D
Big cook up yesterday. Visitors for 3 consecutive days.
Made Belgium Lemon Tea cake and a fruit mince version using Cookie's Mums recipe, also 3 small ones . Pumpkin soup from 5 chip.  Have found that you can fiddle with both the speed and amounts while using chip.  Custard using auto on chip. Smoked Salmon dip.  Must post this as is simple and very very good. Swiss Grain  loaf of bread from a No Knead mix.  Plain Ice Cream.
Sorry no photos,  too busy cooking.

We might surprise you one day ACW; I am picturing myself in your kitchen with all the wonderful cooking smells, sitting at your kitchen table with a cuppa and home made bickie. I can even picture a wood oven like I grew up with (you probably don't have one but that was in my thoughts).

I have just made ACW Favourite Quiche (extra veges) and Judys peppermint rounds, both to take to my Sewing Guild lunch. I love those peppermints Judy.

CP,  it is DJ who cooks this a lot with different fillings.  It is a very easy recipe that most people like.
Today I have cooked 2 lots of bread. 3 SD bread sticks. This is the closest I can get to a genuine French Bread stick.
The other loaf is a SD one using German Grain mix.
Also made potato and egg salad with TMX mayo and corned beef in SC.
Ral and I shared a Santa Ball. Even better for having been in the fridge for a few days.

Had quite a bit of spinach that was looking sad so I made spinach & feta rolls using Chookie's no fuss recipe with wholemeal flour and a little extra water. About to start on JD's sweet and sour pork for dinner. That will use the last of the 4.4 kg hunk of pork thank goodness!

Bread looks great Chookie :)
Robyn, you've been busy!

Today my friend brought her TM5 over to my house and we had a Christmas Cook up.
She made cookies & cream fudge and peppermint fudge, and something else I can't remember!  And I made honey truffle mixture, Earl Grey truffle mixture, almond addiction, chilli cherry ripe and pastilla(s). I will post reviews when I've choc coated the truffles- I ran out of chocolate!  The pastilla looks like it would be fabulous with a nice brie or blue cheese, but I'll have to rely on others to do the taste test.
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/
