Great cooking everyone.

Yesterday I made the Chookies Swedish Icecream Cake, Kimmyh's Quiche and Snappy's Anzac biscuits

I love all the food photos, they are inspirational. I have a loaf of bread in the oven, then some sort of biscuit as the barrel is empty.

Thanks for the photos.  All looks delicious.  Jam,  I could eat that pull apart off the page.  ES, what a good idea. I have a poached egg on a crumpet as part of my day 2 diet.
Today made a new recipe, AC spread.  Have posted recipe in diet section.

I made some bread today, a batch of Rosemary Cheddar biscuits and some of Tenina's Caramel Blondie's. They are lethal, so tasty.

MAB, what did you swirl through the cheesecake? I have made it several times, but stuck to the recipe, never thought to swirl anything through it.  Looks awesome!

So far I have been working through most of the rhubarb I harvested from the garden:
Rhubarb and pear sponge pudding (will do the sponge later)
Rhubarb mousse stage one (to finish tonight or tomorrow)
Rhubarb coffee cake in muffin tins - half in freezer already.
Curried rhubarb chutney

Have also made tortilla chips from the leftover tortillas from dinner last night.

I am planning to make another batch of rhubarb curd, but now I think I might switch to using up the giant zucchinis from mum's garden. A zucchini slice is up first.
