Kimmyh,  lovely.
CC,  great cook up.
Yesterday made 15 jars of Black. Currant jam.
2 Rum and Raisin Banana cakes, substituted Crasins for raisins, not so good as they don't absorb as much liquid.  Would reduce water to 100 MLs next time. Still tased good though.

Today's cooking was all about using fresh produce before it is inedible!
 I made a pull-apart using Astarra's Go-to bread
Basil pesto (to use on pull apart and for pasta)
Banana and chocolate cake
Banana and chocolate muffins
Strawberry, coconut and chia muffins
Chookie's favourite quiche
And Megan Jane' s passata.

I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

It does look good. I made sourdough crumpets for breakfast and sourdough rolls for dinner with Hally's lamb and feta patties. I can't believe how easy and delicious the crumpets were.
