Thanks girls, I hope not to be tempted by it.  Having just given away hundreds of food magazines and now only subscribing to Weight Watchers magazine (for the first time) I don't want to fill my book case with more magazines.  I have bought quite a few recipe books lately though so I am not exactly cured of my addiction LOL

Thanks for the nice comments girls. Sorry about the big pictures. Tapatalk won't let me make them small.
I picked up that magazine today too chookie, but put it back down. I think at $10 it's too dear for me. Can't see it lasting long at that price.

I made some bread and a fruit loaf today.

I'm surprised you found time Cookie, seems like you had an extra full day. Sometimes you get more done when you are busiest.

I think the WW magazine is expensive because the are very few Adds. It is more like their old booklets.
Yesterday made 18 jars of jam. Glad I am finished with that.
Farmers market today,  going to be hot so no cooking.

Well I am about to expand my cuisine, we have a lovely japanese lady staying with us, she will be showing me how to make some japanese dishes. We went to the asian shop and bought some basics for her to use. Making a cake today to take to tennis pennants tomorrow, thats about it for the weekend as its another hot one.

I've never eaten Japanese food, I'm sure you will thoroughly enjoy it Hally.  Nice to have someone else do the cooking too ;D

I like Japanese food, but haven't really cooked any. I'll look forward to hearing about it Hally.

Today I cooked Skinnymixers Massaman curry.  OMG! It may be the best thing I've ever cooked. The recipe says to make it the day before, so the flavours develop. It already tastes amazing to me. I gave DH a taste and he says it tastes amazing as well. Looking forward to eating it. I love her butter chicken, but I think this is better.

Tonight I made baked pasta from a recipe in Feast magazine. It was really nice, just as well as we have enough left overs to feed an army!

Leftovers are good Kayie, especially in this hot weather.  The least time we can spend in the kitchen the better. Obviously Skinnymixer is a great TMX cook.

No Kimmy it's not that hot (I added extra chillies after tasting it, to get a bit more heat).
It's really fragrant and flavoursome.
