Hally I hope you are able to share some of the recipes. DD is fond of Japanese food.

Katie that looks lovely. I haven't looked at skinny mixers site much. I will have to change that.

I only cooked dinner tonight.

Looks great Chookie.
Your photo of the sour dough crumpets inspired me to make some for our breakfast.

Whilst it's not so hot today I've steamed some vegies to go with meals for a few days, made a batch of beef gravy as well as a potato/egg/tuna salad for Mum and Geoff.  I had some cooked frozen sausages to use up and there was some cheese sauce in the freezer as well so with a bit of this and a bit of that, lunch was served.

Those crumpets look very yummy Chookie.
Judy, you are so organised, what did you make the beef gravy in (thermomix, crockpot)?

All this great cooking; I am off to look at Skinnymixers site. Judy your lunch looks nice; we don't have lunch very often as DH gets up late so breakfast is late for him (I have mine early) so he just wants a good dinner with a small snack in between. Suits me. I have just made jam and tomato paste.

The gravy was a recipe from a 2009 edition of Healthy Food Guide Michele, I've had it pinned to the fridge for a long time and finally got around to making it today.  Yes, in the Thermomix.  I've frozen ice-cubes of the gravy for future use.

Fantastic cooking. Funny that you did a No Fuss seed loaf today Chookie, I made one for us to take away. It will hopefully last us the few days.
Your DH sounds very skilled with the thermomix Katj. Good on him.

Judy you could wizz meals out of the freezer in seconds. Probably 3 course ones. I'm sure it is easier for you when you return home from visiting Geoff. Gold star for you.
