No cooking, but thawing. Scrolls, soup and chicken pies. Mostly made in the thermomix before we left.

Made 2 bread loaves using Chookie's No fuss roll recipe and Cookie's almond jam cookies yesterday.
Fortunately have cut vegetables and put it in freezer in seperate serve freezer bags this afternoon... which hubby can steam as I am down with high fever
All cozed up in front of the TV and browsing for future recipes to try

So far bread, sweet chilli cheese and pesto and cheese scrolls. Need to make something for the kids might do cupcakes for something different.
