Funny how the humble cauliflower has become an expensive must have veg ;D

Probably due to the fact that its becoming quite a popular substitute for pizza bases and rice, and is being used for more other dishes than Cauliflower Cheese and soups?

ES, excellent texture.  You obviously got the proofing just right.  Look how even it is to the edges. Congratulations.

Suzanne, beautiful cake for Lily. Oh to be 6.

Beautiful Cake Suzanne, looks too good to cut, though I'm sure it will be devoured once that knife goes in. Happy Birthday to your baby.

Great pies Chookie; Kimmyh you do so much cooking, I think I had better turn off the power to the sewing machine and get back into the kitchen. I did make two batches of muffins this morning for DHs club morning tea, Orange muffins and Whatyagot muffins; will post soon.
