I'm about to toast one now and have it with Leatherwood Honey with my coffee for supper.

It's a great way to use up excess starter.

I made No Fuss Rolls as we are having burgers tonight.
Also Credit Crunch Chutney ( scroll down the page for the recipe) as a friend gave me a box of apples.I needed to cook the chutney an extra 15mins on Varoma to get the consistency I was happy with.Tastes nice but will leave it a few weeks for it to mature.
And more coleslaw.

Wonderful loaf Cookie. When I worked in the local shop when I was a teenager they called the shape a "Split Tin" as the baker scored the surface lengthways.

I have a pink bread scraper thing that is plastic. I use it to scrape the dough out of the bowl, knocking it down as I do it. Then I drop it into the bread tin and spread it out by jabbing it with the bread scraper. That's what makes the marks on the top. Untouched by human hands.  ;D

I bought a jumbo bread tin with lid from AA while at the cooking class. Can't wait to try it. .  I have a new trick. I have many bread tins of many different sizes.  As I can't always remember the amount of dough best suited to each one, I put a small card in the empty tin with the weight of flour/ water/ yeast.

Yesterday I made Mango fluff. Good diet sweet.

Excellent idea, Chookie.  Because I wouldn't use it so much for bread making as I don't get a chance to do that very often, I thought I would list the things that I cook in each tin on the cards - saves me trying to guess each time.  This should go into the hints and tips thread as well so that it doesn't get lost.
