We all have similar problems. A few weeks ago I knew I had seen this brilliant recipe. I spent hours looking for it. It turned out is had been from a blog newsletter I had received. I was cross with myself.

I know, it can drive you mad trying to remember where it was!

You're right Denise, the freezer is topped up again before I cleared it out.

Great cooking. Great to see some more photos popping up.  I've been baking a lot this past week. DS7 chose a peacock birthday cake, cake stall baking for school and a two tier cake for a friends daughter. Today I made thumbprint cookies and herb twist loaf.  Think I have my mojo back in time for Christmas

I've got to try making a twist loaf next. I can't make cakes to save my life though.

Beautiful food Kimmy.
I've been  slack in the  kitchen today. We had left over soup for lunch and, omelettes for dinner .

Kimmy, great cooking, must have been your attendance at the Yum Cha class that got you moving!
CC , that cake looks fab.
I used the peanut powder. Found an African recipe for marinated beef strips rolled in the powder and shallow fried. It was very different and nice but won't be doing it again as we try not to eat fried food. Think I will add it to biscuit recipes.
