I made some hard boiled eggs to put in the fridge. We're going to have cold chicken and salad for dinner tonight.

Great cooking everyone.
I like the idea of setting the Swedish cheesecake in the tovolo tub chookie. Very clever.
Got to 43c here today so no cooking for me.
Yesterday made a pad Thai for lunch and have heaps over and used up today. Here's the link. I really enjoyed it and think it's worth a try

I made 12
Chocolate Soufflés
for the freezer for desserts over Christmas LOL
Then made half quantity of
Cranberry Sauce
.I did add a slug of 10 yearold Tawny Port to the cooked sauce
I was going to make mince pies but ran out of butter so couldn't make pastry.

Morning all.
there were 300 fires in Victoria yesterday. None near us fortunately. It was 25 degrees at 5.30 am.
Visitors for lunch today.
Kimmy, keep cool.
Sorry, put this here in wrong file.

I'd forgotten about those choccy delights Denise, you'll be right for a while now! The link to the cranberry sauce isn't working unfortunately.
Good luck with another hot day Chookie, our change will be on it's way to you soon.

Chookie I was extremely pleased to read that the fires weren't near you and Ral. I was searching my Victorian maps trying to fit it all together. Have a lovely lunch and stay safe.

It looks delicious Chookie. I've made a roasted capsicum dip, some small Christmas puddings, a loaf of Classic bread, a Nico quiche, smashed potatoes and am about to do some green Vegies with a feta dressing. Most of it is for dinner tonight. My brother and his partner are coming over. I'll do the custard for the puddings when we need it.
