I made a loaf of SD bread.  Mixed at 9.00 am and baked at 10 pm. It was perfect but took 11 hours to rise in room at 22 degrees.

Hope you enjoyed your Hxbuns kimmy, they look yummy.
Yesterday I made another 2.5 dozen cupcakes and 3 dozen mini quiches, bit more food pre for party today, then taking DD out for lunch. Some time between now and Saturday I have to decorate all the cupcakes.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I made these today and they are delicious!  So many nice (and healthier) recipes on this site, I can see me making more things; not just sweet, though I am thinking of making the Peanut butter and chia muesli bars in the coming days for DH's lunchbox as I have everything in as well.

So easy and quick to make.  I guess you could do in the TM but to be honest I didn't want to have to try and scrape from the blades etc and it was so quick and easy in a saucepan anyway that I would do it that way again.

I left 2 out for us to have with a cuppa and the rest have been put in the freezer.  Love them :)

I got 21 out of the mix.

The next lot I will make:

They look delicious Julie, will definitely take a close look at that recipe.
Another hot day in Perth, so I've made  Zucchini slice for tonight's dinner, will make a salad to go with it later.

They look delicious Julie. My mob aren't keen on coconut sadly. I do like the look of the peanut butter and chia slice though. I don't have any puffed rice. I will have a think as to what I can replace it with.

Thanks Kat and Cookie.  :D

If you can't think of anything Cookie, the puffed rice is available in the health food aisle in Woolies.  I'm sure Coles will sell it too.  :)

The health food stores have the puffed rice also. It is usually in bulk, so you can just scoop out as much as you want if you don't want to be stuck with a whole packet.

Our DD has 8 of her University friends here tonight so I made Nagi's crack bread.

Unbelievably easy and disappeared in two seconds. Definitely worth making for crowds.
