I wondered when someone was going to make that one courton, it looks spectacular and I imagine the kids were very impressed.

I've been prepping Seville oranges today to start making my first batch of marmalade tomorrow. :)

I have prepped Denise's dads breakfast ready to cook in the morning and made fresh lasagne sheets for chicken lasagne.

yesterday I made' for the freezer. ;)

beef and vege soup
vege rissoles
pea and ham soup
3 meat pies  family size.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Great cooking everyone.

Not much happening here as it's been far too hot for me.   I did make the Zucchini & Pea Fritters early this morning from the Coles free magazine.  We'll have these for dinner tonight with a salad.

I've just picked that magazine up, so will check them out Margaret.
I tried using a lot of rye flour yesterday with my classic bread. It turned out well. I put it in a tin that was too large but the taste is lovely.

Just Gado Gado for an easy dinner.  I found a recipe that didn't include additional oil so it was a lovely light mixture ... quick and easy and not at all like my old recipe which was terribly oily.
