They look nice Judy. Very wise to get a good start.
I made some Rustic Bread this afternoon and a Fruit Loaf ( cake) and some Calzone for dinner. I also made a loaf of Classic Bread but as the oven was in ise I popped it into the fridge for the final prove over night.

I was given 2 bunches of rhubarb yesterday so today I made one bunch into Curried Rhubarb Chutney. The second bunch I stewed in orange jucie and added a couple of apples then used Chookies Belgian Lemon Tart recipe and used the rhubarb in place of the lemon filling.

Made the vegan cashew mayonnaise then egg salad and a chickpea mixture for sandwiches, Spanish bean stew and Bean Feast from my old Alison Holst's Cooking without Meat recipe book (I don't know if Alison Holst is still alive, but she was a great NZ cook in her time).

Lovely cooking everyone. Judy it's great to be getting a jump start on all your cooking. Very lucky prob us people, that's all I can say.
Mab, I love the look of your Rhubarb tart in place of lemon curd.
I made another batch of Espresso bites/balls (forum), and some Chai cookies that were on Whole Food Simply website.
Very nice indeed .

I made this Quick Fruit Loaf to take to the Classic Car Show yesterday. It is so simple you don't even need the thermomix. I used sherry instead of brandy.

Yum cookie and Mab. I made my moist carrot cake for DH's birthday and tarted it up with some toasted coconut, frosting and caramel sauce.
