I made SC pastry for 8 Lamb Pies cooked in my pie maker and a Shepherds Pie all from the Slow Cooked Lamb leftovers.

Thanks girls for such fab food.
Not much time for interesting baking here. Visitors for lunch today , just roast leg lamb with trimmings and Mango Fluff for pud.

I often do that recipe as a loaf Margaret. I swap the flour round a bit and add seeds.

I keep making brownies, biccies, muffins for my kids for school. Now my DD takes extra for other kids, whose Mums can't bake.

Not much time for cooking here either lately but I did make a loaf of my Spicy Banana Bread last night and it was very nice toasted this morning for breakfast.
