DD gave me a jelly bag that sits in a frame and attaches to a bowl. It makes jelly making very easy.
This lot I made with green apples, crab apples and a few red cherry plums for added colour. All the fruit from our garden at Invermay. . I use a Chinese wire ladle to lift off any scum.

Chookie, your Apple Jelly looks beautiful. What a practical lovely gift from your DD.
I made the Non-fried Fried Rice from RC. I used the Brown Basmati rice and it was very nice. It cooks just as quickly as the White, but is drier not gluggy. I did some chicken lovely legs in the oven and Chinese green veg (Kai lan) stir fried in Thermo.

Pork chops with Apple sauce and cauliflower mash and roasted fennel.
Bought some almonds coated with pesto, very expensive, but going to make some.
Also going to make some sugarless fig Jan with chia seeds.
Have got another pot of juice straining to make more jelly.

I'm making bread. I have a Classic loaf about to go in the oven and I have two SD rye loaves in the fridge to rise and I will cook them tomorrow.

I made a double SD loaf using rye starter and also some Salted Peanut Brookies from the SBS food site. They were a bit fiddly but apparently taste nice.

I have been cooking and converting some of the Louise Parker Method, ( diet )' recipes to TMX. Will post when I get a chance.
Discovered that steamed and mashed cauliflower is a good substitute for mashed potato. TMX made.
Will try to find time to finish making Apple Jelly today.
