Made 2 lots of 3 bread sticks and this hi fibre loaf. Used Cookies Vienna recipe and replaced 30 grams of flour with oat bran. Baked in tin with lid. Fitted perfectly.

I made Journey of a French Foodies's recipe for Lemon Cake (Starbucks secret recipe) Mine looks exactly like the photo on her website but I didn't ice it. Before juicing the lemons I made Fruit Crumble( Day 91)from Nancy Birtwhistle Facebook video.Nancy was the winner of The GBBO 2014.I've been following her 365 day challenge and I thought the Fruit Crumble idea fabulous.
DH loved the cake ;D

CC, that all sounds delicious. Love lemon cake. What makes Starbucks cake special? Hate Starbucks coffee.
