I made Tenina's Chicken and White Bean soup today and a batch of Chookie's No Fuss Rolls. I made the rolls about 70-80g and we had both for lunch with friends.

Using this recipe as a guide I made spinach, cheese and bacon puff pastry rolls using all the different cheese bits & pieces I had in the fridge (ricotta, feta, parmesan and cheddar).

Snap Judy, I bought the ingredients yesterday to make these today. Hopefully mine will look as good as yours.

I'm sure you could make them neater than mine Margaret but taste wise they were very nice. I had 3 for tea and one at room temperature before freezing them, that one was very tasty too. I did stray from the recipe but I'm sure they will be just as nice if you follow Nagi's recipe completely. She suggests serving them with tomato sauce which I thought was odd but I did that and it's a good match.

They look lovely Judy. No cooking here today as we have left over soup for dinner tonight, the biscuit tin is full, and we have plenty of bread.
This is a photo of the soup I made the other day. It's very nice.

I decided that the best way to warm up the living area was to bake something. I looked through and decided on Chookie's Super Fast Dutch oven bread.

We had it with our left over soup, steak and veggies.

I'm making another soup to go with dinner tonight. We had a maximum of about 15 which we aren't used to. It's veggie again but this time I have added barley.
