CC, I wonder why it is called a milk loaf.  Could be the recipe but I just use the No Fuss recipe.
You are right Chookie as the recipe does calls for milk as the liquid ingredient.

Just made vegetable soup with some vegetables rolling around in the bottom of the fridge.

I made this loaf yesterday. As it's summer I didn't put any chocolate in it. I used chopped almonds, cranberries and sultanas. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17347.0

I found some almond flakes so sprinkled some on the top before I cooked it. DH said they were lovely when they all fell off!

I’ve been preparing the Seville oranges to make marmalade tomorrow. A friend has given me about 2kg of frozen recurrants she harvested from her garden in the summer. I thinking Red Currant Jelly.

I converted this muffin recipe today, I love anything with date in them.  I’m having one with a cuppa right now, it’s really nice split and buttered.

The recipe I converted for Creamy Crab soup, posted. Was originally from one of our visitors today. She has bought a TMX and was delighted to se her recipe converted.
When she retires in a about a year, we are going to spend a day with our TMX and cook.
