Cheese making has always seemed complicated to me Cookie. I have made ricotta before but that is so simple.

Your bread always looks amazing Chookie.

Another sucess with the no fuss bread dough. Did the half quantity and made 4 large rolls baked in the airfryer. I really have more confidence now that the bread has turned out. I think I am ready to move on to another bread recipe. Any suggestions?

Nice baking everyone.
Yesterday I made another No Fuss loaf and today I have the SC on with a Beef & Bacon casserole in it.  Loads of veggies in it as well.
Mcmich, I often make Cookie's Vienna loaf as it is another nice one.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Great news about your bread Mich. I often make the No Fuss recipe into a loaf. In fact I use if for all sorts of things, adding seeds and changing the flour.

My halloumi was a big success. I checked the recipe on Recipe Community and it had 4 junket tablets in it and this one only had 2. so I was a bit worried. The taste is fantastic, nowhere near as salty as store bought. I cooked some up and had it with salad for lunch.

Michele, Cookie and Mabs suggestions are great.  Try both.
DD changed her mind and wanted a Lemon Delicious pud.  I made her a baked Brie with Maple Syrup as a surprise.

The previous Lemon Delicious that I made was not good.  This time I got out an old recipe book that has reliable recipes. I converted the recipe to TMX.
I also made a pork recipe from the same book.  Not TMX.  Cooked in SC.
Had a message from Richard Cornish, ( Brainfood ) to say he loved the look of the small bread loaf, cooked in SC.
