I have never tried Brazilian cheese puffs, they look quite interesting.

Mab, I think you can make them a larger size than what I made. Mine were pop in your mouth size. They are like a small cheese cream puff. They are supposed to be stringy in the middle and eaten warm. They are made with Arrowroot, so are gluten free.
A toasted roast lamb and pickle sandwich was all I cooked today.

Thanks Chookie, I will have to give them a try.

I have made a pot of cauliflower and vegetable soup for lunches.

Yesterday I bought a bread book on line. It is for making bread in the bread maker machine. I tried one of the recipes and it was excellent. The recipes can also be baked in the oven. I’ve had a request for a white loaf so today I’ll try it mixed in TMX and bake in oven.

I thought my TMX scales weren’t working. My consultant suggested I send the machine in to be fixed while under warranty. TMX sent instructions to test before sending machine in. The official tolerance is 10 to 20 g either up or down. Mine is 4 g out on 1 K. It is therefore working ok according to their rules.  As I like to generally be more precise with my measurements I’m going have to continue to use my digital scales for yeast and other small amounts.

Well done K Atie.
Noticed that bread is one of the biggest price increases in the Supermarket. And for something filled with chemicals.

I made a Thermomumma loaf, made some violet crumble biscuits and some peanut butter/chocolate bliss balls. Tapatalk isn’t working for me at the moment so I will try to do the photos tomorrow.

Nice bread K Atie and Cookie.

I made a 2nd batch of Anzac biscuits as the first lot disappeared with the family.
