You must be wondering why you haven’t made it sooner Margaret, it’s obviously very good if that much has been used already.

Mab, which recipe did you use for the Chilli Sauce.?   I have 2 , Quite different. Both nice.
The new loaf with grain and oats is better as it has aged. The new American bread book, for bread machines , has oats in a lot of recipes.

Chookie I used the Thermoconvert recipe from the forum.  Are your other recipes on the forum?

Hope that loaf turns out well.  DH often makes 'porridge' bread, with rolled oats, Chookie, it's really delicious.  Not sure of the recipe / procedure, but I think he makes porridge first then adds that into the mixing bowl ... I could be wrong, I have never watched him making it.

I’ve made a bread like this Marina. I think it’s from The Bourke St Bakery book. It’s very nice.

Mab, the tomato based recipe for the chilli sauce is on the Forum. Don’t think the other one is. I’ll send it to you.

This is better Chookie

sweet Chilli sauce, forum recipe https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2309.0

Chilli Jam, Sarah Raven recipe from Chookie’s blog
Sarah Raven is a wonderful gardener who is often feature in the British edition of Country Living. She is also a very good cook and because she provides recipes, usually based on produce from her garden, I follow her with great interest. This Chilli Jam recipe is part of a recipe for Spiced grilled Halloumi in pitta read with Spring herbs and Chilli Jam.
I have adapted the recipe to TMX  and used good quality tinned Italian tomatoes, instead of fresh.
It is a very simple recipe and easily adapted to the amount of chilli.
Makes 3 to 4 medium sized jars or several smaller jars.
Ingredients
3 tins ( 400g) of diced Italian tomatoes
8 cloves of garlic
4, 6 or 8 long red chillies, ( cut into 3 segments),depending on how hot you like it.  I used 4 and it has a good flavour with a mild kick. I removed the seeds.Next time I will try 5.
12 cm piece of fresh ginger, cut into rings
600 g of raw sugar.  Could reduce this.
4 tablespoons of Thai Fish Sauce.
200 mls Apple cider vinegar.

Method
Grind Ginger, chillies and garlic , speed 7 for 3 seconds. You want fine chunks not paste.
Add all other ingredients and cook, 100 / speed 2 / 40 minutes with cup OUT.
Pour into sterile jars and seal when cold.
When open store in fridge.

Notes
Nice poured hot over Philly cheese as dip.
Could be added to tomato based dishes as a flavour boost.
Could add a swirl to characterless soup.
Good as a dip for KFC

OMG Judy, you have saved my life AGAIN. Thanks for posting the recipe and the link.
Yesterday I was feeling out of control after posting such a mess. So I baked No Fuss Bread. Back on track completely now with Judy’s help.

It’s a pleasure to be able to help Chookie, don’t panic when these things happen as once one of the Moderators sees you need help we will always be there for you. If baking bread decreases  your stress levels then keep on making your lovely loaves. I’ve deleted your post with the unreadable photos.

I made 7 dozen shortbread this morning, this is just a few of them.  Most of them will go in the freezer.

So cute Margaret.

Coldish and wet here today so I made this Capsicum and Tomato soup using some of the roasted capsicum I had in the freezer. https://www.whyisthereair.com/2016/12/15/red-pepper-capiscum-tomato-soup/
Also made a batch of Tenina’s Umami paste for the freezer. I can’t remember how much to use in a batch of soup and she doesn’t say in her recipe so can someone help me out here please?
