Judy, I like the English Muffins. It’s the cake type that I don’t particularly like.
DD paddle Club is having a Xmas party. I’ve been asked to make some dips and Falafels. I’m also making several batches of Almond Crackle Biscuits. Seem popular as they are gluten free and a light nibble.

Yesterday I made 4 small meat pies for the freezer.  Today I made Chookie's Chilli Jam.  The jam looked quite runny after cooking for 40 mins so I added another 20 mins cooking time.  It is still quite thin but tastes very nice.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Hi Mab, it is quite runny. Doesn’t have a thinking agent. Could add cornflour if you wish.

It’s clever Chilli Jam.

Made a list of ‘ bring a plate ‘ for the next week, so got up at 7 and started cooking.
For DD paddle Xmas zucchini falafels, eggplant dip, hummus, Sri Lankan Cardamon Jelly with Mango.
Cream puffs, RTE Parmesan Shortbread biscuits, ( made 1 1/2 recipe ) and added a pinch of cayenne. I’m going to make at last minute, Portuguese Custard Tarts, Asparagus Rolls and chicken and Mayo sandwiches.

Made 24 smallish Cream puffs and although crisp when baked, they were soft next day. A quick couple of minutes in AF and back to crisp.
Yesterday , Tai Chi and Mahjong. Came home and made 12 jars of Strawberry and cranberry jam.
