Rum and Raisin Banana cakes.  Mandarin marmalade.  I’ve been making all sorts of odd mixtures of jam and Quince paste. At Probus they give them out for Birthdays and as prizes. People donate small jars and excess fruit and I add something . I recently made mixed berry and rhubarb jam, and added Muscat to the Quince Paste. At meetings they openly discuss what they have tasted and are delighted with the unusual mixtures. I’m surprised.

I love Strawberry and rhubarb jam Chookie. I love your Rum and Raisin Banana cake too. I love Muscat too but rarely drink it now.
I've just taken a Rye SD loaf out of the oven.

Cookie, Strawberry and Rhubarb sounds interesting. Will give it a try.
Would love some Rye bread, especially if it had Caraway seeds in it. Might make a seed loaf with dried potato flakes in it. I fancy a curried egg sandwich for lunch.

Marina, my printer has been playing up. I think DS has fixed it. I will try and print off the bread recipe for your DH and post it to you.
Judy and I will play around with some recipes today .
Yesterday I baked a Helen Goh cake recipe for a healthy cake. ‘ morning Glory’ . I made 15 muffin size cakes. They were quite tasty but needed lots of butter which cancelled out the healthy bit. However, they were exceptionally easy as once the carrot and Apple were grated in the TMX, everything else was just added and mixed. I think I may have slightly over cooked them.
I made lemon butter for my GD. She served it hot over ice cream.

Yesterday I made some of Chookie's Naan Bread.

Wow that's come out a bit large, I don't know what happened there.

Judy and I have been cooking up a storm. We made RTE Fish with lemon cream sauce. Delicious. Used leftover sauce on other stuff. Added Garlic Prawns as suggested by Judy’s daughter.
Made custard in TMX and added Nutmeg and Brandy and produced Egg Nog . Judy impressed with Cookidoo.
Making 12 serves of pumpkin soup for DD , for Club function.
Cream of crab soup today possibly.
