Zan is the cake a cookbook or forum recipe? looks very nice.
Forum recipe - the Lemon and Yoghurt cake (the link will be on my blog).

Today the Thermomix did loads.
Lunch box treats -
Marshmallow rice bubble bars

Dried fruit balls

Nay nay's scones and whipped cream

Quirky Jo's nut butter

and Mongolian Beef

(extra info for all on my blog as usual).

Phew! Sourdough bread here and for dinner antipasto scrolls.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Iced Coffee and soap powder.   The coffee was made with essence made last year and still ok.   Made an interesting marinade for fish. green Ginger zapped with a couple of tomatoes and a bit of black pepper?  Interesting.

Today I made smoothies for the kids for breakie, vegetable juice for DH. Fruit roll ups, 2 lots of custard, lemon chicken with rice and bok choy, a loaf of bread, some butter and am going to make some chick pea choc chip cookies. I have only had my tmx a few days and I am seriously in love.

making "pasta with tuna" for the first time from EDC - hate tuna so got some cooked chicken to use instead - also added some zucchini to bulk up the vege content....smells soooooo good and it really is the easiest thing to cook when you just can't be bothered !

Haha Sonan, I know the feeling. Pasta is normally my I can't be bothered meal too. So easy in the TM.
I've made homemade Milo again as I've run out, chicken cordon bleu and salad and have some Dulce de Leche cooking for my banoffee pie as my kids reckon they hardly got any the other day cos they had to share with others!!!  I might have to make some more mayo cos the kids love it.

It was so delicious too....definite favourite now....and healthy too - no need for any meat actually. I also made the milo for the first time....kids big and little loved it !! Now I am just 'shredding' some roast beef and roast chook in the thermy to freeze in portions for lunches. Will have to make mayo again too as 'someone' left the mayo out on the table and it split in the hot weather   :(
Luckily there wasn't much left !

I'll have to try the tuna with pasta recipe, haven't done that one yet.  Good idea to use chicken too Sonan - tuna not a fave in this house either.
I've been doing Cyndi's 21 day plan so have been steaming plenty of veggies and chicken and making smoothies everyday for breakfast.

I also made a loaf of 5 seed bread to which I added Chia seeds for the first time (so 6 seed bread from here on in) :)

Today I'm attempting yoghurt ... again!  ;D

Dinner this evening is going to be some stir fry beef (not decided how I'll do it yet) with a potato, and vegetable bake thing .... (non thermie)
