Made a loaf of Matled Brown No Fuss Bread,Vegetable Stock Concentrate and then Leek and Potato Soup. That's for the tip by someone who said to make soup after making the concentrate,it's a great way of cleaning and flavouring the soup in one go ;) ;)

Made a large batch of a combination of steel cut barley, steel cut oats and whole grain sorghum, soaked overnight and then cooked in the TMX for 35 minutes at temp 100.

This has been transferred to a loaf pan, cooled and now in fridge.
Tomorrow morning this will be sliced and fried on the griddle till crusty on both sides.
I will have a guest who is strictly vegan, no dairy, no eggs, no wheat so this is something I know she likes and will be served to her with some veggie "bacon" that I got at Trader Joe's.

I will report back tomorrow on my success (or lack of it).

Well Hally, he leaves you no choice but to cook. So it's not your fault if you cook heaps of stuff.
