Andie, you have the coolest "toys".

I would have maybe made a cake today, but the children visiting today have a mostly gluten free diet.  I might make something for dinner in the TMX, but the gray day in Sydney is making me unmotivated to do much of anything. ;)

I did, however, make  Tenina's chocolate mint thinsSunday/Monday.  I wasn't sure where to post a photo (like in the dessert section with a review?).  I was really pleased with how they turned out.
Here they are after baking before being coated with chocolate.  I baked them on the Sunday night and then coated them on the Monday.

Here are some coated in chocolate (Callebaut 811nv to be specific).  I made half of them peppermint and the other half orange.  I used some Boyajian pure orange oil.  I will confess and say that I didn't melt the chocolate in the TMX.  This is because I wanted to do two different flavours, and decided that cleaning in between would be pain.

(btw my photos are on Flickr.  FLickr has code that you can copy and paste to put it in a forum or blog.)

I think I ended up getting a little over 60 biscuits.  They are really yummy, and I'm glad I have to be accountable for what goes in my mouth or I would have eaten too many!  :D

Tonight I made spinach and ricotta cannelloni and used crepes instead of tubes.
The sauce was a mix of mj's passata and some bottled passata.  Topped with fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Yummm
Also made muffin tops, Florentines (non tmx) rhubarb stewy comport from edc and olive foccacia.
Oh and kids wanted pancakes.....

Forgot to say made Bill Granger's recipe for Curry Chicken.   Better not post what I did as I fiddled with the recipe. It cooked in 15 mins.  The Bread and Butter Pud was delicious.
