Just some snacks to eat for lunch whilst watching grand final. Its going to be a rush as at gym ths morning.
Sausage rolls, hummus, cheese straws, thats about all I have time for then after, bread & a roast beef with yorkshire pudding.

Nothing here again - freezer lasagne for lunch.  An easy day relaxing & watching the grand-final here too.

I've made a bittersweet chocolate tart and salted caramel sauce to take to our friends this afternoon.   I volunteered to make dessert.  :D

best ever chocolate cake. was going to still sever it tonigt, its really bad  when it went cold and i cut some to try the you can see all of that butter that was used. i did warm it up sooooooooo much butter/oil just sitting there

never mind in the bin it goes

What about mixing in some coconut and kahlua and rolling into balls to serve as an after dinner treat!!!!! - perhaps beat up some cream cheese to add to the mix  ???  ???

i did try something like that johnro, and i did cut the ball ,all you could see was bits of butter, i love me friends too mush.

friends are only coming over for coffee and cake not for dinner. i have not been out for dinner or had any one over 4 t in 8 weeks, ( teeth problems)
