 ;D I love Sunday afternoons......

I am cooking all afternoon again.
Starting with, corned silverside, bechamel sauce, veges for dinner.

3 lasanges, scones, choc chip biccies again, ILB choc cake, caramel slice from the Nestles free cookbook.
Then i' ll do dips, focacia bread, for the footy today.

Then i 'll ask the kids what else they want.

Today I have made a batch of satay sauce, chicken satay pies and pasta frittata in my pie maker plus I harvested all my coriander and blitzed it with some oil and have little mounds freezing at the moment.

I have the best Daughter and her 2 friends. Today I spent the day painting my new work shop while my DD and her 2 friends cooked for me. They made fudgy wudgy biscuits, bimby cake, kiss biscuits and a slice all using the TM. They even cleaned up after them self. Both my DD's friends don't have a TM in their house and they absolutely loved using it. They are all 11 year olds and done a terrific job. Very proud of their effort.  And they want to do it again next Sunday. I say yes yes yes. One less job for me to do.
