Maddy of Thomas the TE, all the nemo characters, spot the dog etc this was hands downs the quickest and easiest of all.  Buttercream covers the cake, coconut ice frosting for the turrets and royal icing for all the piping  :)  :) Nay will let you know 2mrow how it moves - I put royal icing into the holes to act as the cement to attempt to stabilise the towers!!!!!! Perhaps I will leave it to DD and partner to do the hard task  :)  :)

BTW take note of the Mickey face in pink cashews  :D  :D

WOW Robyn that's simply fabulous I bet she loved it. How lucky is your friend?
And you reminded me to post Luca's birthday cake from a few weeks ago, he had a pirate theme birthday party and I needed a battered and aged ship not a pretty one which helped a lot I don't think i could have made a smooth looking one LOL

Just a loaf of bread and prep work for Chilli Con Carne which I then put in the slow cooker.

Those cakes are stunning, I could only dream of doing something like that.

Baked Scones and the Poppyseed & Lemon biscuits again today, some for us and some for a Canadian Thanksgiving dinner a friend did this evening. Both turned out slightly different today and I don't quite understand why.
