What else to do with - Left over buttercream + addition of extra colouring + time + TMX + love doing this = 24 cupcakes for Hally's 5th birthday (the first party that she has ever had!!!!!!!!!!)
Maddy the cupcake carrier is a godsend!!!!!!!

I've never watched her doing this, but my MIL makes Crostoli. They are rectangle and have a slit in the middle, and I think she somehow turns them inside out to give them a twist. I love them!

I made more lemon butter today (people keep giving me organic lemons and free range eggs, so it just seems a logical choice), LSA, CADA, Quirky Jo's Rice / Almond milk, with I then used in her Berry Batter cake and Bron's vege stock. I was also going to tackle the Dutch Pancake and make more Worcestershire Sauce but am running out of time. I've also been meaning to try one of Chookie's bread recipes for weeks now and still haven't done that ... perhaps next weekend, or, more likely the long Melbourne Cup weekend as I am taking a couple of days off and getting a decent break.

Isn't it!
Some may have cursed me when I posted about it...but it makes life easier, even just for storing them.
I made some individual apple tea cakes, using
