Made a tower of goodies to take to friends house for dinner on Friday.
There was mint and oreo pops, vanilla cupcakes with Robyn's coconut ice topping, and creamy vanilla icing.

some royal icing decorations for later use

Coconut cupcakes using Robyn's recipe, with leftover vanilla icing

and 20 cheese & bacon rolls to have with soup today, and for freezing.

.........EAT CAKE!

Maddy, cupcakes, cake pops, pashmak, rolls. You are indeed a busy lady. They all look amazing.

I'll look forward to the granola recipe Chookie.

I used last nights mashed potatoes that I made.  Then I made breadcrumbs out of some of the mountains of bread we now have, seasoned with fresh parsley and made chicken schnitzels.  I steamed peas and carrots and made a mushroom sauce.  I also made eggplant schnitzels too as i had one in the fridge going begging.

The mushroom sauce one in  EDC is not great so I made my own version which I shall post soon.

In the other Thermomix, I whizzed up apple crumble because I had some apples staring at me in the fruit basket.  And how many people did we have for dinner?  Just Ed and I.  Please everyone, come and join us for dinner otherwise I will turn into Hally!

Xxx
